    Returns & Policy

    Returns Eligibility

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
    • Items purchased as part of promotions or discounts may be subject to special conditions or exclusions, which will be specified at the time of sale.
    • Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.

    How to Initiate a Return

    2. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
    3. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.

    Shipping Costs for Returns

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
    • For defective or incorrect items, Vittorijas will cover the return shipping cost and issue a replacement or full refund, including the original shipping fee.

    Refund Process

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
    • Processing refunds may take 5–7 business days from the time the return is received.
    • The original shipping fee of $5.99 is non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

    Exchanges

    • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.
    • Gift cards or promotional items included with the original order.
